All homes that are for sale need a Home Information Pack (HIP). From the 6th of April 2009 a HIP will need to be available as soon as the property is marketed. From this date the HIP must include a property information questionnaire (PIQ). It is important to have a HIP available without delay so that the property can be put on the market at the earliest opportunity.
The basic Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) can be downloaded here for completion by the seller. Alternatively, save time by completing our interactive form and submitting it online. This service can be accessed by the seller once a HIP order has been placed. A downloadable PIQ, pre-populated with the Seller name and address, is also available.
