My Home Information Pack

The Goverment has announced that as of December 14^th 2007 all properties, no matter how large or small, will require a Home Information Pack with an Energy Performance Certificate.

• Until June 1^st 2008 marketing can commence as soon as a pack is commissioned.
• Energy Performance Certificates can be up to 12 months old when the property is put up for sale.
